What you experience in the first seven years of life shapes how you view yourself, how you experience the world, and how you react to situations. Our upbringing and environment describe the blank slate you were at birth, with beliefs and rules you come to accept as truth. These deeply ingrained ideas may later cause friction, leading to inner conflicts and relationship problems.

It’s sad to see that many people prefer familiar pain over the unknown joy. The question we face is: Will you continue following someone else’s path and fight against your own shadow? Or will you choose to walk your own way, embrace the obstacles on your path as opportunities, and reconnect with your true self? Will you stay in your comfort zone or fear zone, or dare you to embark on a personal development journey where real magic happens?

Johanna

Johanna grew up in a conservative Protestant household. Behind the facade of peace, deep scars formed on her soul, which led her to become a “savior” figure—caring for others while neglecting herself. Johanna’s background is in healthcare, and she has overcome her own traumas. She could write a book about the healing and revelations she experienced during her own psychedelic retreats.

Example of a Retreat Day

In the nature where we live and work, by the river Waal, we begin the day. The calm of the river and the serene surroundings provide the perfect backdrop for a day of deep relaxation and inner exploration. From the moment you step in, we invite you to let go of everything you’re carrying and surrender to the stillness of nature.

Breathing and Preparation

We start with a breathing exercise to bring you fully into the present moment. Through conscious breathing, you release tension and detach from your thoughts, helping you prepare for the experience ahead.

Setting Intentions

Before we continue, we take time to set an intention for the day. This is an important moment to ask yourself: "What do I want answers to today? What do I want to explore or work on?" It may be that you wish to release old patterns, pain, or fear. By clarifying your intention, you provide direction for your experience, ensuring it aligns with your personal process.

Preparing the Psilocybin

Next, we prepare the Psilocybin together. This is an important ritual where we focus entirely on the intention for the day. Preparing the Psilocybin helps you enter a state of presence and opens you to the journey ahead.

The Inner Journey

After the preparation, the Psilocybin begins its work, and your inner journey starts. This is a moment of surrender where you let go of control and allow yourself to be guided by whatever arises. The experience can be intense, but it is always healing and profound. Our guidance ensures that you feel safe and can fully surrender to the process.

Support and Reflection

Throughout the journey, you are free to journal if you wish to capture any thoughts or insights. If you need to go to the bathroom, someone will accompany you, so you don’t have to worry about anything. We encourage you to stay in the experience as long as possible, but also listen to your own needs.

Grounding and Breathing

As the journey comes to an end, we gradually return to the present moment. We remain lying down for a while, breathing together to ground ourselves and integrate the insights we’ve gained. This peaceful, collective closure helps process the experience gently and mindfully.

Movement and Release

Finally, we step outside into the fresh air, where we physically and metaphorically shake off any remaining tension. Through body movement, we let go and make space for the new energy and insights we’ve gained.
